The NSS unit at Agricultural College, Rajamahendravaram actively organized various events viz., including International Yoga day, Sri Alluri Sitaramaraju Jayanthi, Vanamahotsavam, Planting of coconut seedlings, Blood donation awareness campaign, Swatchhata Hi Sewa, Gandhi Jayanthi, Rashtriya Sankalpa Divas, FIT INDIA Plog Run, Poshan Abhiyan, Acharya N.G.Ranga Birthday, Constitution of India day, Dr. Babu Rajendra Prasad Jayanthi, World Soil Day, Vardhanthi of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar, Sri Pottisreeramulu Death Anniversary, Swatch Bharath program, Jayanthi of Pottisriramulu, Vardhanthi of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, etc., to develop among the students a sense of social responsibility and a spirit of voluntariness.
In addition, NSS volunteers regularly participated in Shramadhan and Clean & Green programs.
The unit organized Rythu Sadassu also on the last day of the special camp.
